Reservations

A reservation is absolutely necessary on weekends and during the holiday season from November through mid-January. It is not unusual for us to close our reservation book a month or more prior to your anticipated reservation date. At other times, to avoid being disappointed, we strongly recommend making a reservation as soon as possible.

The restaurant holds a limited number of tables for guests who arrive without a reservation and we add last-minute cancellations to the list. These tables are filled on a first-come, first-filled basis. The hostess maintains a wait list at the podium and will quote an estimated wait time. It is not unusual for the wait list to exceed the seating capacity of the restaurant, at which time the wait list is closed.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Carmine's will take your reservation as long in advance as you need. A year ahead is not unusual. Many guests set up their reservations when they book a show or plan to visit the city.

Do you accept large parties? How do I set one up?
Large parties are handled by our Special Events department. (See Parties/Catering page for contact information for our Special Events office at each Carmine's location.) Parties of 15 to over 100 can be accommodated. You will be offered a number of party options and suggestions. The special events representative will help you coordinate your event and make all the required arrangements for you with the chef and our service staff.
